FYI: all the following Gold Coast events will be COVID Safe in line with developing QLD Health guidelines.

BLEACH Festival 2021

This one’s fast approaching in August, but it’s not too late if you’re feeling up for it. For 10 days, BLEACH Festival will return to Burleigh Heads Beach with a massive performing arts program that includes live music, dance, theatre, circus, visual art and more.

Events are ticketed as well as free, with something for all ages and tastes. Check out the full program and get ready for August 12 to August 22.

Gold Coast Show 2021

Yet to visit the Gold Coast? This is the event for you. Gold Coast Show showcases and celebrates everything the Gold Coast is about, boasting a jam-packed festival program of live entertainment, competitions, regional food, fresh produce, activities, kids rides and lots, lots more.

It’s free to attend and set for a big return this year in the scenic Broadwater Parklands from August 27 to August 29.

Carrara Markets Classic Car Show

The perfect Father’s Day treat. Classic Car Show will take over the bustling Carrara Markets for a full weekend of classic cars and toe-tapping rock ’n’ roll sounds, and if your dad’s fanatical about classic cars, it’s free and simply not to be missed.

It’s not quite a festival, but it’ll certainly feel like one, offering a fun atmosphere and plenty to see, buy and enjoy. Plan a surprise this Father’s Day – mark the date for September 4 and September 5.

SWELL Sculpture Festival 2021

SWELL Festival is back and set to transform Currumbin Beach into another stunning gallery of small and large sculptures. For its 19th event, SWELL will bring over 65 sculptures to the beach – free to view – complete with insightful walks, artist talks and sculpting workshops.

You’ve never seen a beach display like this before, so make sure to head to Currumbin from September 10 to September 19.

Crafted Beer & Cider Festival Gold Coast

Love craft beer? You’re in luck as the wait for the Crafted Festival is almost over. This huge craft beer festival will feature more than 250 brews from 40 of the nation’s top breweries, offering IPAs, ales, lagers, ciders and lots more to taste and quaff.

And that’s not all – there will also be a full live music lineup to tap your feet to as you sip on your chosen brew. Tickets are on sale now, coming to Kurrawa Park Broadbeach on September 11.
