SUP in Paradise operate stand up paddle board lessons for beginners on the Gold Coast.
The meeting point for your lesson will be opposite Bumbles Cafe on River Drive Surfers Paradise (Budds Beach). Under the instruction of a professional and qualified guide you will be taught the basic techniques to help you feel confident on the board, you will then be lead on a scenic waterway tour. The company provides the SUP board, t-shirt for lesson, wetsuits (winter) and suncream/zinc. You need to bring your own swimwear, towel, hat, sunglasses, bottle of water, etc.
